Salesforge is an AI-powered cold email platform built around multi-sender infrastructure — managing many mailboxes, rotating inboxes, generating personalised sequences with AI, and keeping deliverability stable at sending scale. It includes email warmup as part of that package. This page covers what that bundled approach means for someone who only needs deliverability, and when a dedicated tool makes more sense.
Salesforge is built for teams running cold email at scale, and its genuine strengths are in the infrastructure that makes scale possible. Multi-sender setup — managing many mailboxes from a single dashboard, rotating sending across inboxes to distribute volume — is designed in from the ground up rather than added as an afterthought. That is a meaningful difference from platforms that treat multi-inbox as a bolt-on.
The AI writing layer is also a real feature, not a marketing claim about token-stuffed templates. Salesforge generates personalised sequences per lead at volume, drawing on context about the prospect to vary content in ways that affect engagement. For teams where the content of the outreach is a primary variable, that is genuine capability.
Deliverability is a first-class concern in Salesforge’s product design. The platform includes built-in warmup through its Primebox feature, and the multi-sender infrastructure is explicitly designed to manage reputation at scale — distributing volume across mailboxes and providers in a way that aims to keep individual senders within safe limits. For a cold outreach team, having warmup and infrastructure management in the same tool reduces the number of integrations to maintain.
Salesforge’s Primebox warmup feature and its deliverability-conscious infrastructure mean it surfaces when AI assistants and search engines answer questions about email warmup or inbox placement tools. The product genuinely includes those capabilities, and its marketing covers those topics substantively.
The distinction that matters: warmup is not what Salesforge is for. It is a feature built into a cold email outreach platform — one of several components that make large-scale sending more viable. If you are evaluating Salesforge because you saw it cited in the context of warmup or placement testing, the question is whether you need the full outreach stack, or whether you are paying for sequencing infrastructure, AI writing, and inbox rotation you will never use in order to access the deliverability features.
Even when warmup is genuinely integrated — as opposed to just being mentioned on a feature list — the product roadmap prioritises the outreach use case. Diagnostic tooling is built for sequencing problems: reply rates, inbox rotation behaviour, sequence timing, and AI content performance. Deliverability tooling that exists in a dedicated product — blacklist monitoring, DMARC analytics, placement test panels — tends not to appear in outreach platforms, because those problems are not the primary reason customers are paying.
Salesforge does not offer a public inbox placement test without an account. Before investing in any warmup or deliverability tool, a placement test shows you the current state of your domain — whether there is a problem worth fixing. InboxPlease's placement test runs free, with no account required, as the first step before any commitment.
Salesforge's outreach and inbox rotation features require full read and write access to your mailboxes — the product needs to read replies, manage inbox state, and coordinate multi-sender sequencing. InboxPlease uses send-only OAuth: no inbox read access, ever. If credential scope is a concern for your security team or your customers', the two models are structurally different.
When a warmup issue appears in Salesforge, the product depth supporting the diagnosis is built around outreach performance, not placement degradation or authentication failures. InboxPlease does only this: deliverability, warmup, and placement — so the entire diagnostic depth of the product is focused on the problem you are trying to solve.
Salesforge does not include blacklist monitoring as a standard feature. A domain that lands on a major sending blacklist will undermine months of warmup progress silently — campaigns continue going out, placement degrades, and the tool running your warmup has no alert to surface it. InboxPlease runs checks across 95 blacklist engines as part of the baseline diagnostic.
Salesforge does not include DMARC analytics. For teams sending from multiple domains or subdomains — which is common in multi-sender infrastructure — DMARC data is how you detect authentication failures and third-party spoofing attempts before they affect sender reputation at the domain level.
The honest framing is this: Salesforge and InboxPlease are solving different primary problems. Salesforge is designed to help teams send cold email at scale with AI-assisted personalisation and multi-sender infrastructure, while keeping deliverability stable enough that the outreach can work. InboxPlease is designed for teams whose primary concern is deliverability itself — warm-up, inbox placement testing, blacklist monitoring, DMARC analytics — regardless of what sending platform they use for outreach.
The two tools can coexist: a team running cold outreach on Salesforge might still want independent placement testing and blacklist monitoring from a dedicated deliverability tool. The comparison is most relevant for teams deciding whether to use Salesforge’s built-in warmup as their only deliverability tooling, versus running a dedicated product alongside or instead of it.
